Once you apply, we’ll contact you and book a time for a 30 min Goal Setting Session at the gym. We’ll discuss your goals and dig into the below components of the 12 Week Challenge and how it all works….

Unlimited Access To All CrossFit Classes

With classes scheduled throughout the day you will have plenty of options to fit into your busy schedule.

Weekly Personal Training Sessions

Weekly 1 on 1 session with one of our expert coaches to master your nutrition, optimise your lifestyle and habits, and be taken through a training plan that is individualised to your body type and goals.

Before & After Measurements

Body measurements can be a useful way to track your progress. By assessing your body fat % and girth measurements, we can accurately modify your training and nutrition to keep you on-track to your goals.

Baseline Fitness Assessment

Assessments allow us to identify which areas you need to work on most. We assess key fitness markers and then use this data to tailor workouts to ensure you have the most effective way to reach your goals.

Detailed Postural & Movement Analysis

By assessing where you’re body has imbalances or weaknesses, we then create a plan that will ensure you avoid injury, and get the most out of every training session to get you the best results.

Lifestyle Modification Plan

By assessing key lifestyle areas like Sleep, Stress management and key health markers we can create and help you implement a plan that will optimise your health and in turn optimise your results.

Nutrition & Accountability

You can’t out-exercise a bad diet. Our 12 Week program makes you accountable, and teaches you what you should eat and why, so you can optimise the food you eat to reach goals and perform at your best.

Personalized 12 Week Meal Plan

Designed by industry professionals, this science-based approach to nutrition and wellness, uses simple behavior modification strategies to create positive change without the stress of “dieting.”
