CrossFit Classes

Our Crossfit Group program combines the most effective Strength and Conditioning methods in a safe welcoming environment where fitness thrives, and all ability levels are catered for!

Personal Training

Access a one-on-one session or organise group personal training for you and one or two friends. This is an awesome way for beginners to rapidly master technique and build strength, or for experienced gym-goers to take their fitness to the next level. Receive customised training programs, nutritional & lifestyle guidance and habit upgrades, and the accountability that guarantees massive changes!

Weightlifting

CrossFit utilises the Olympic lifts for part of its training stimulus. Becoming proficient in the Olympic lifts will directly help you improve your training in CrossFit. Our Weightlifting Class will help improve your strength and skill in the Clean & Jerk and the Snatch. It will also help you to become more explosive and athletic as you develop more proficiency in these exciting, yet challenging lifts. This class is designed to cater for both beginners and advanced lifters alike.

ROMWOD Mobility Class

ROMWOD is a group class that focuses on increasing and maintaining healthy range of motion for your muscles and joints. By working towards a healthy range of motion, not only are you reducing chances of muscle and joint injury, you’re also helping optimise the muscles for additional strength as well as assisting in the recovery process.
